Famli Community Partners
How the Community Partner Programme Works.
Famli is supporting the groups that bring people together. Schools, charities, clubs, professional associations and other community groups can share Famli with their members, and receive a 20% community reward on eligible memberships.
It’s free to join, there’s nothing to sell and nothing to pay, and your members pay the normal Famli price. Your group decides how to use the money for its community.
Registering takes about a minute and costs nothing. Tell us your group’s name, country and a contact person, and accept the Programme Terms.
Your group gets its own unique code straight away, such as SUNNYHILLS-4K7, plus a personal share link. We email you both, together with a share kit of ready-made messages.
Use the share kit in your newsletter, an email to members, on social media or in a text or WhatsApp message. Each message already includes your code and your link.
Members who use your link don’t need to type anything: Famli remembers your group for 90 days, even if they look around first. Members can also type your code when they subscribe.
Members sign up and choose a monthly or yearly Famli membership at the normal price. Using your code never costs them extra.
Gift memberships, extra member seats and memberships bought by your group’s own organisers all count.
For each eligible payment in a member’s first 12 months, your group earns 20% of the membership price, excluding tax. Renewals inside those 12 months count too.
If a payment is refunded or charged back before your reward is paid, it comes off your statement.
How Rewards Are Paid.
- Quarterly statements. After each calendar quarter we email your group a statement of its eligible memberships and rewards.
- Paid by bank transfer, in your currency. We pay your group in its own country’s currency. We ask for your bank details before your first payment, not when you register.
- Payment threshold. We pay once your group has at least 10 eligible paid memberships. Until then, your rewards carry forward to the next quarter, so nothing is lost.
- Final once paid. A reward that has been paid is yours. We never ask for it back.
Good to Know.
The programme is open to eligible groups and runs under the Community Partner Programme Terms, which cover eligibility, how codes may be used, how rewards are calculated and paid, and when Famli may suspend a group. Rewards depend on eligible paid memberships and aren’t guaranteed.
