Life Organised.

Effective Date: 8 October 2026

Version: 1.0

Your Data Is Not Our Product. Famli Is.

Famli is designed to help families organise and manage everyday life in one place.

Our approach to privacy is deliberately simple:

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide and operate Famli.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or commercially share your personal information.

We do not use your family information to build advertising profiles, sell data, or create a data product.

The information you put into Famli is there for you and the people you choose to include in your family account, so that Famli can help you organise your household, manage your family activities, keep track of information and make everyday family life easier.

Famli is a subscription service. Our business is Famli—not your personal information.

1. Who We Are

Famli.global (“Famli”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a family organisation and assistance service.

Relationship Between Famli and Validity Group

Famli.global is operated and provided by the relevant Famli business entity or entities (the “Famli Provider”), being Famli.global (email: info@famli.global; website: www.famli.global).

Validity Group Pty Ltd (“Validity Group”) is a separate Australian company that provides sales, commercial and administrative services to Famli relating to the purchase of Famli subscriptions. Validity Group may therefore assist with matters such as sales and purchase enquiries, subscriptions, billing and payment administration, and marketing. Validity Group does not provide support for the Famli platform or service.

Neither Famli nor Validity Group owns your family information, and neither uses customer information as a commercial data product. Where Famli or Validity Group handles personal information, it does so only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide or perform its services, and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

Neither Famli nor Validity Group sells, rents, trades or commercially exploits Famli customer information.

Famli’s technology, development, hosting and other specialist services may be provided by the Famli Provider and/or independent third-party suppliers. Those arrangements may change from time to time as Famli develops.

For clarity, your subscription to Famli is for the Famli service. Your personal and family information is not a product being sold, rented or provided commercially to Validity Group or any other party.

Where this Privacy Policy refers to “Famli”, “we”, “us” or “our”, those terms may refer to the Famli Provider and, where relevant to the particular activity, Validity Group when it is performing authorised sales, subscription, billing or payment functions on behalf of Famli.

The Famli Provider, its owners and the relevant people involved in operating and supporting Famli are collectively responsible for the service, subject to the applicable legal and contractual arrangements.

2. What This Privacy Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you: visit the Famli website; create or use a Famli account; subscribe to Famli; use Famli’s household organisation features; add or invite family members; communicate with us; use Famli’s voice, AI or other assistance features; participate in testing or beta programs; or otherwise interact with Famli.

3. Our Fundamental Privacy Commitment

Famli is intentionally designed around data minimisation.

We do not want information simply because it exists.

We collect and process information because it is reasonably necessary to allow Famli to provide the service you have chosen to use.

This means that: We do not collect information simply because it may have commercial value. We do not sell customer information. We do not rent customer information. We do not trade customer information. We do not share customer information with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use customer information to create or sell advertising profiles. We do not use customer information as a commercial data product. We do not sell access to your family information.

The information associated with your Famli account is used primarily to provide your Famli service for your household and the people you have chosen to include.

4. What Information Do We Collect?

We aim to collect only the information reasonably necessary for Famli to operate successfully. Depending on how you use Famli, this may include:

  • Account information, such as: your name; email address; telephone or mobile number; account credentials; household information; subscription information; and information required to administer your account.
  • Family and household information. You may choose to enter information about: partners; children; parents; grandparents; other relatives; friends; pets; and other people or members of your household or family network.
  • Household organisation information. This may include information such as: calendar events; appointments; school activities; sporting activities; birthdays; reminders; tasks; shopping or household lists; travel information; important dates; renewals; household notes; and other information you choose to store or organise through Famli.
  • Documents and files. You may choose to store or manage documents, photographs, records or other files through Famli.
  • Communications. We may retain information you provide when you contact us for support, feedback, enquiries or other communications.
  • Voice and other inputs. Where Famli provides voice, conversational, AI-assisted or similar functionality, information you provide through those features may be processed as necessary to interpret your request and provide the requested Famli functionality.
  • Information sent to your Famli email address. Famli may give your family a unique email address for sending documents into Famli. Emails and attachments sent to that address are received, stored and processed, including by automated and AI technologies, so that the information can be organised in your Famli account. You should only send information to that address that you are comfortable storing in Famli.
  • Connected accounts. If you choose to sign in with, or connect, a Google or Microsoft account, Famli receives the account details needed to sign you in and, where you connect a calendar, your calendar events and related details. Famli stores the access permissions needed to keep that connection working. Connecting these accounts is optional.
  • Payment and subscription information. Payment transactions may be processed through an independent payment service provider. Famli does not need to hold your full payment-card details in order for you to maintain a subscription.

5. We Do Not Collect More Than We Need

Famli follows a limited collection principle. We do not seek to build a detailed commercial profile of you, your family or your household. For example, information about your family’s calendar, appointments, birthdays, school activities, travel plans or household tasks is collected because you have chosen to use Famli to organise that information. It is not collected because Famli wants to sell it, advertise against it, trade it, or otherwise monetise it. The objective is simple: You provide information to Famli so Famli can provide Famli to you.

6. How Your Information Is Used

Your information is used primarily to provide the Famli service you have requested. This may include: organising your household information; maintaining your family calendar; managing reminders and tasks; helping you find information you have stored; responding to requests you make to Famli; helping family members access information you have chosen to share with them; processing and organising information you provide; providing voice or AI-assisted functionality; maintaining your account; providing customer support; processing your subscription; maintaining service security and reliability; preventing fraud, abuse or unauthorised access; improving the operation and functionality of Famli; and complying with legal obligations where we are required to do so. We do not use your household information as a source of advertising revenue.

7. Your Information Is for Your Famli

Famli is fundamentally a customer-controlled household service. The information you put into Famli is there to help you and the family members or other people you choose to include. You decide what information to enter. You decide what information to share with family members. You decide who is invited to your Famli household. You are responsible for managing the access permissions available within your Famli account. Famli does not decide that your family information should be used for unrelated commercial purposes.

8. We Do Not Sell, Rent, Trade or Commercially Share Your Information

This is an important part of our privacy commitment. Famli does not sell, rent, lease, trade or commercially share your personal information. We do not provide customer information to: advertisers; advertising networks; data brokers; marketing databases; information resellers; or other businesses wanting to use your information as a commercial data asset. We do not receive payment in exchange for providing your personal information to another organisation. We do not build a business around selling information about Famli customers. Your subscription pays for Famli. Your personal information does not.

9. Limited Use of Service Providers

Famli may use independent suppliers and service providers where necessary to operate the service. Examples may include providers supporting: hosting and infrastructure; payment processing; communications; security; customer support; software functionality; data storage; analytics necessary to operate or improve the service; and AI or other technology functionality. The particular suppliers used by Famli may change from time to time as the service develops. Where information must be provided to a supplier, it is provided or made available only to the extent reasonably necessary for that supplier to perform its relevant service or function. This is service provision—not the sale, rental or commercial sharing of your information. Famli does not authorise suppliers to use your family information as an independent commercial data product on Famli’s behalf. Suppliers remain responsible for their own systems, security obligations and legal responsibilities applicable to the services they provide.

10. Technology and Suppliers May Change

Famli is not permanently tied to any particular technology, software, infrastructure, AI system, payment provider, hosting provider or other supplier. Technology and suppliers may change as Famli develops. Accordingly, this Privacy Policy describes the types of information, purposes and categories of processing rather than permanently identifying individual technology providers. Any such changes will continue to be managed consistently with this Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

11. AI and Automated Processing

Famli may use AI or automated technologies to help provide functionality requested by customers. For example, these technologies may assist with: understanding natural-language requests; organising information; categorising information; extracting relevant information; generating responses; assisting with reminders or tasks; and providing conversational assistance. The purpose of such processing is to provide or improve Famli functionality. It is not intended to turn your family information into a commercial data product or advertising profile. AI-generated information may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Famli should therefore not be treated as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

12. Information About Other People

Famli allows you to organise information relating to other people. For example, you may enter information about your: partner; children; parents; grandparents; friends; carers; household members; or other people involved in your family life. You should only provide information about another person where you have the appropriate authority, permission or other lawful basis to do so. You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide about other people is appropriate for your use of Famli.

13. Children and Family Members

Famli is designed for family use and may contain information relating to children. Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding: whether a child should have access to Famli; what information a child can access; what information is entered about a child; and what information is shared with that child. Famli does not intentionally use children’s information for advertising or commercial profiling. Where applicable law imposes additional requirements concerning children’s information, Famli will comply with those requirements.

14. Sensitive Information

Because Famli is a household organisation service, customers may choose to enter information that could be sensitive or personal. Examples could include information relating to health appointments, medical information, family circumstances or other private household matters. You should consider carefully whether such information needs to be entered into Famli. Where you choose to provide such information, it is processed for the purpose for which you use Famli and subject to applicable privacy laws. Famli does not seek sensitive information simply because it may be commercially valuable.

15. Information Collected Automatically

Like most online services, Famli may automatically receive limited technical information necessary to operate, protect and troubleshoot the service. This may include information such as: IP address; browser and device information; operating system; login and account activity; security events; error information; connection information; and other technical information necessary to maintain service security and reliability. This information is used for legitimate operational, security and technical purposes. It is not collected for the purpose of building a commercial advertising profile about you.

16. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Famli may use cookies or similar technologies where necessary to: operate the website; maintain sessions; remember relevant preferences; maintain security; understand basic website usage; or improve website functionality. Where applicable law requires consent for particular cookies or similar technologies, Famli will seek that consent.

17. Security

Famli takes reasonable administrative, organisational, technical and operational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, misuse, interference, loss, alteration or disclosure. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Security may also depend on independent suppliers and infrastructure providers. Where a security incident occurs within a supplier’s systems, the relevant supplier remains responsible for its own systems and obligations, subject to applicable law and the contractual arrangements governing that supplier. Famli will respond to security incidents in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

18. Your Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for using Famli appropriately. You should not provide your password or authentication information to people who should not have access to your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you should notify Famli as soon as reasonably possible.

19. Sharing Within Your Family

Famli is designed to allow information to be shared between people you choose to include in your household or family account. Information may therefore be visible to other members of your Famli account depending on the permissions and functionality available. You are responsible for considering what information you enter and who you invite to your Famli household. Famli will not intentionally override the access controls you establish except where necessary to operate, secure or maintain the service or where required by law. Famli may also let you create a link to share a particular item or document. Anyone who has that link may be able to view the shared item without signing in to Famli, so you should only share links with people you trust. Shared links may have expiry periods.

20. International Processing

Famli and its suppliers may operate or provide services across more than one country. As a result, information may be processed or stored outside the country in which you live. The countries and suppliers involved may change as Famli develops. Where applicable privacy laws impose requirements concerning international transfers or overseas disclosures, Famli will take the steps required by those laws.

21. Retention of Information

Famli retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including: providing the service; maintaining your account; maintaining security; resolving disputes; complying with legal obligations; preventing fraud or misuse; and maintaining appropriate business and technical records. When information is no longer reasonably required, it may be deleted, anonymised or otherwise securely disposed of, subject to legal, security, backup or other legitimate retention requirements.

22. What Happens When You Stop Using Famli?

If you cancel your subscription or stop using Famli, information may not disappear immediately. Some information may need to be retained for legitimate purposes such as: legal compliance; accounting and tax requirements; security; fraud prevention; dispute resolution; enforcement of contractual rights; or technical backup processes. Where appropriate, information will subsequently be deleted or anonymised in accordance with our retention practices and applicable law. You should download or otherwise retain any information you wish to keep before closing your account where Famli provides that functionality.

23. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to you, you may have rights including the right to: request access to personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of information; request restriction of certain processing; object to certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; request portability of certain information; and complain to the relevant privacy or data protection regulator. We will deal with valid requests in accordance with applicable law.

24. Australia

For customers in Australia, applicable privacy rights may arise under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, subject to the particular circumstances and any applicable exemptions. You may contact us with privacy enquiries or complaints. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

25. United Kingdom and Europe

For customers in the United Kingdom or other jurisdictions where applicable data protection legislation applies, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include rights relating to: access; correction; deletion; restriction; objection; portability; and automated decision-making. Where required, we will provide the applicable legal basis for processing and information concerning international transfers. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection regulator.

26. United States

Privacy rights in the United States vary between states and may depend on the particular circumstances. Where applicable state or federal privacy legislation gives you rights concerning your personal information, Famli will respect those rights to the extent required by law. Famli’s position remains that customer information is not sold or commercially traded as a data product.

27. Marketing

Famli may communicate with customers about: their account; subscriptions; service notices; security; important changes; support; product functionality; and Famli-related news or information. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe facility provided in each communication or by contacting us. Unsubscribing does not stop essential service-related communications. We do not use your private family information to create targeted advertising profiles.

28. Business Changes

If Famli is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets or similar corporate transaction, information may need to be transferred as part of that transaction. Any such transfer will remain subject to applicable privacy laws and the commitments contained in this Privacy Policy. This does not change our fundamental position that customer information is not a commercial product for sale or rental.

29. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Famli may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes may be required because of: changes to the service; changes to technology; changes to suppliers; changes to applicable law; or improvements to our privacy practices. The latest version will be made available through the Famli website or service. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

30. Privacy Complaints and Enquiries

If you have a question, concern or complaint about privacy or the handling of your information, please contact us using the details below. Email: info@famli.global; Website: www.famli.global. We will investigate privacy complaints and respond in accordance with applicable law.

31. Relationship With the Famli Terms & Conditions

This Privacy Policy should be read together with the Famli Terms & Conditions. The Terms & Conditions govern your contractual use of Famli. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, processed, retained and protected. Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to remove, limit or exclude any privacy right or obligation that cannot lawfully be removed, limited or excluded. Where applicable law imposes a mandatory privacy or data-protection obligation, that obligation continues to apply.

32. Our Simple Privacy Promise

We believe privacy should not require a complicated explanation. So here is the short version: We collect only what Famli reasonably needs to provide the service. You decide what family information you put into Famli. You decide who you invite into your Famli household. Your information is used to provide Famli to you and your household. We do not sell your information. We do not rent your information. We do not trade your information. We do not provide your family information to advertisers or data brokers. We do not build advertising profiles from your private family information. We do not turn your household information into a commercial data product. Our suppliers may process limited information where they need it to provide services to Famli, but that is service provision—not the sale or rental of your information. Your data is not our product. Famli is. Everything family. One place.
